Initial Chiropractic or ART Consult plus treatment: $90
Reactivation After 2 years: $60
Subsequent ART treatment: $60
Subsequent Chiropractic treatment (adjustments only): $45
Gait analysis - video: $90
Gait analysis - no video: $45
Kintec Orthotics: $450
